Overview
Based in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada, at Effective Property Solutions, we aim to eliminate many of the problems tenants face, by carefully matching both tenants and properties, to ensure the best possible fit.
We understand that trying to find the right rental property can be a frustrating process. You go through newspaper or on-line advertisements to find properties that fit your criteria. You then have to arrange a viewing with the landlord or property manager. Finally you get to see the properties only to find out that many of them require repairs or modernisation, are no longer available or simply aren't what you had imagined.
At Effective Property Solutions, you can view photos of all our suites on-line. We aim to provide as much of the information you require relating to our suites as possible without even having to ask the questions.
This enables you to view our suites and decide if it meets your needs, all before you even arrange a viewing, whereby saving you time, effort and travel costs.

Listing Notification Service
Due to the limited number of suites we currently have available, we offer a Listing Notification Service. As a prospective tenant, you may register your individual property requirements with us and as a suite becomes available meeting or exceeding your requirements, we will contact you with the property information.

Membership
We are proud members of Smoke-Free Housing BC. As such, all of our properties are offered on a smoke-free basis.
We are proud members of both LandlordBC plus the Central B.C. Rental Association. This provides all our tenants with the reassurance that, as landlords, we have committed to provide a standard of accommodation and service, which is significantly above the requirements of the Residential Tenancy Act.
